GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
- Transfer technical competence to PD
- Leading initiatives related to manufacturing processes to bring up quality, productivity and working environment to higher levels

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product transfer: perfectly
- Sustain tech skills at Production
- Proactively participate: develop operators

Leading initiatives
- Responsible for controlling of all production tools, fixtures, equipments and machines
- Set up, maintain, backup, upgrade and control all test systems
- Take inventory of all equipment, machinery, jigs and fixtures in the company
- Train and follow up operators how to keep the tools in very good and clean condition
- Fabricate jigs, fixtures and production equipments, if necessary
- Monitor production line to ensure that operators conform WI, TI and Process Assembly Flow Chart
- Ensure the accuracy of BOM, WI, TI for all products.
- Responsible in training operators and qualify when setting up new product as well as new job of operators
- Make the weekly production report and give out corrective/preventive action and the production improvement
- Make time study for process to improve and re-organize production line more efficiently
- Any other duties when required by ME Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in electronic
- At least two-year experience at management level.
- English ability: Fluency.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.
- Service orientation: Harmonize to everybody.
- Leadership: Acting leadership by example.

• Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất linh phụ kiện điện tử (ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm)
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập cao, năng động
• Có khả năng làm việc kết hợp với supply chain để đảm bảo tiến độ công việc
• Anh văn lưu loát

Điểu kiện làm việc, lương bổng, phúc lợi

• Làm việc tại nhà máy (Bình Dương, HCMC)
• Không làm việc ngày thứ 7
• Mức lương thỏa thuận (dao động từ VND 11mil đến VND 16 Mil GROSS) tùy theo kinh nghiệm của ứng viên

Đây là vị trí phát sinh do nhu cầu mở rộng của công ty
Thêm một thông tin về level của vị trí. Công ty có 8 level (không kể đến level của các sếp trong BOM).Head của các bộ phận thuộc level 8. Anh Process Engineer này ở level 7.
